WEED CONTROL, ACROSS THE WORLD Growers, from Capetown to California and Coonawarra to Canada are using this proven method of spraying that can solve your weed problems easily and efficiently. Weeds are always a problem and spraying can be expensive.
Normal high volume spraying can be more expensive because of refilling time, with big tanks, problems with low quality, of water, respraying because it rains, wind causing spray drift and heavy spray equipment causing soil compaction.
The exclusive range of Enviromist low volume CDA* covered sprayers will almost eliminate these problems.
The Enviromist system is quick to set up, it's easy to use, it's efficient and what is just as important, it's simple to use - no complicated calibration is needed. The Enviromist ultra low volume system can apply as little as 12 litres per hectare (10 US pints / acre), compared to high volume spraying methods using 250 litres per hectare (26.7 US gal / acre) for the same result.

WHY COVERED CDA SPRAYING SAVES YOU MONEY Research has shown conventional spraying may lead to one third of the spray being lost as drift or evaporation, another third hits the ground and is completely wasted and just maybe one third hits the target weeds.
Now compare what happens using Enviromist covered CDA spraying equipment. The difference? Almost no loss to the atmosphere, the chemical hits the target with minimal drift and almost no runoff.
Your chemical efficiency is greater because it's not being wasted through drift, evaporation or runoff.
Yet another advantage is that chemical uptake by the target weeds is enhanced by the constant droplet size produced by the CDA technique.
Rain fastness is improved by up to three hours.
Very large and very small droplets as produced by normal spray nozzles are both wasteful and will not generally hit or remain on the target. The very large droplets end up on the ground and the very small spray droplets drift - either into neighbouring areas or into the atmosphere - thus wasting much of the spray and contaminating the environment. This wasteful inefficiency also means that hydraulic nozzle sprayers have to use much more spray liquid than is actually needed to do the job. 10 fetch, carry and spray this extra liquid costs time, effort and money.Close up showing a C.D.A. head and droplet formation.
